  • Architected Square’s migration of its shared design system from Web Components to React — designing the full architecture, establishing component patterns, and driving the project from first commit to 1.0
  • Built 24 production components including the most complex work in the library — modals, popovers, and theming — learning React from scratch during the migration using AI tools to accelerate
  • Designed AI-friendly component APIs and documentation, empowering designers to prototype directly with production components — validated via “designer playpen” hack week project
